Relayo Remote ("the app") is published by Dermatological Beauty LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app on iPhone or iPad.

Summary

We do not collect, store or sell personal data. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Communication with your TV

The app finds and controls your TV directly over your local Wi-Fi network. Commands, the text you type with the keyboard feature and pairing data are sent only to your TV and never to our servers. Pairing keys issued by your TV and the names you give your TVs are stored only on your device.

App icons

To show icons for the TV apps on your remote, the app requests publicly available icon images from Apple's App Store lookup service. These requests contain only app identifiers and a country code, not personal information.

Diagnostic log and problem reports

The app keeps a technical log on your device to help diagnose connection problems. It covers up to the last 10 days and is deleted automatically after that. It contains events such as connection attempts and errors, key names, TV model names and local network addresses; it never contains the text you type or pairing keys. The log leaves your device only if you choose "Report a Problem" and send the prepared email yourself. In that case we receive the log together with your device model, system version, language and local network address, and we use it only to answer your request and fix problems. You can ask us to delete a report at any time.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data from the app, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you have sent us a problem report or email, you can ask us to access or delete it by writing to us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
