Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Relayo Remote ("the app"), published by Dermatological Beauty LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. The app is also licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted.

What the app does

The app lets you control compatible smart TVs on the same Wi-Fi network as your device. Compatibility depends on your TV's model, software and network settings; some functions, such as turning a TV on over Wi-Fi, may not be available on every TV.

Acceptable use

Use the app only with TVs you own or are allowed to control, and in line with applicable law. Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app except where the law allows.

Third parties

Relayo Remote is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, LG, Samsung or any other TV or app maker. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Apps you open on your TV are governed by their own terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will work with every TV or without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
